There are only 2 emotions that human body can experience: LOVE and Fear. Everything else is a branch out directly or indirectly of those 2.

FEAR has a long and slow vibration to it, so individual living in a fear is limited to a number of antennas available to them

LOVE has a fast and rapid frequency; people living in that frequency have many more potential sites for coating along that genetic pattern.

Our emotions directly affect our structure of DNA which directly shapes our physical world we experience every day.

HOW I BEAT BAD INFECTION THAT COULD HAVE SEND ME TO THE SURGEON’S TABLE

It all started 6 years ago when I discovered a round lump under the skin on my breast. I went to a doctor who told me that it was a fatty tissue deposits that could be taken out if I wanted to. Well I did not want to touch it, but kept an eye on it. It has not changed in 6 years except it got hard. Few weeks ago I started using peroxide as a cure for my back problems in my baths, which helped my back tremendously and as a “bonus” I noticed that my bump on my breast became soft, opened up and the fatty deposits started coming out. I was exited until…

I noticed that within 4 days it got infected and I knew I had to act fast. I was scared that if I go to a hospital or a regular doctor I will be forced to take antibiotics, probably numerous tests and possibly an operation, so I went to my holistic Dr. Yakovleva http://amitausa.com/, first she treated me with red and infrared light, low level laser for chronic inflammation together with acupressure to boost my immune system and Reiki. I also called my naturopathic doctor who I was not able to see me right away, but who told me to take 10gramms of salt with a glass of distilled water 3 times a day to prevent the spread of the infection.

Two days later when I came back for another treatment the doctor told me that at this point if the infection spreads to my lymph and my body temperature will go up I have to call the surgeon right away.

In a mean time realizing how serious it can get I was kipping up a high spirited attitude, even though it was hard to do when my close friends and relatives were beating the panic drums and pushing me to go the hospital. Being a Reiki master and a healer myself I knew I had to trust my intuition and my mind to beat the infection.

This is what I did continuously, especially after being overwhelmed by fear:

1. By repeating affirmation: “I am Happy!! I am Happy” I was raising my vibrations. Happy vibrates at the higher frequencies then fear.

2. I pretended that I already beat the decease and in my mind I was jumping up and down singing: “I beat it! I beat it!! I am healthy and I happy!!!”

3. I held my hands over the infected area repeating: “ Harmony and Alignment”

4. This is one of my more advanced healing techniques: In my imagination I take in my hands a silver sphere, hollow inside with a mirror lining. Spin the sphere clockwise. Then I take my situation seeing it in details as is, imagine it unraveling by a thread and moving into the center of the silver sphere until it all being concentrated by the mirror inside into a point and burned.

After my second treatment at Dr. Yakovleva clinic I went to my naturopathic Doctor, that I call simply, Victor, who gave me a shot of unknown to me, substance to stop the infection from spreading. By the time I got home that night I found mucus leaking out of my infected area, which was a size of 1.5” square. At this point I knew I was on my way to recovery, the worst was over. On the third visit to Dr.Yakovleva, she treated me with a lazier wound healing, together with acupressure. That evening, just few hours later I could see my wound drying up and shrinking right in front of my eyes.

WOW!! I BEAT IT!!

Conscious breathing promotes intellect, serenity and health of mind and body. There are various breathing exercises you can learn, but my favorite is the: “Breath Awareness “ by Leonard Orr: Continuous breathing with 4 short breaths followed by one long, minimum of 20 breaths done daily will teach your body a deeper healthier breathing hobbits.

It does not matter which breathing technique you will find as long as its deep, conscious and continuous, no posing between breathing in and out.

There is a direct correlation between our breath and the way we live. If your breath is deep, full relax flowing and connected our life will be the same: deep, full, relaxed, flowing and connected. On the opposite if the breath is shallow, partial, tense, constricted and disconnected-jerky; our life will be the same.

Over 80% of people breathe with only 30% capacity, no wonder we struggle thru life, we are barely alive. Even thought the constricted breathing is considered “normal” it is not natural – it is conditioned. This type of breath is caused by suppressing our feelings from early childhood. For example: You as a child start to cry for whatever reason and there come s your parents, teachers, other saying: “Stop that crying, behave like a man! Or: Stop it, people are looking at you!” and what do you do? You struggle to suppress your cry by suppressing your breath.

And yet it’s simple to change that because our body knows how to breathe.

Being Present

Yesterday is history,

Tomorrow is a mystery,

but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

We only exist in now, but most of us hold no attention in a present moment. The present is all there is. You can plan for future events using information gathered from the past, but the decisions become conscious choices made in this present moment. While the future is an opportunity waiting to be fashioned, it is in this NOW moment that choices are made reaction is replaced by choice, providing flexibility and new possibilities. With choice you have an opportunity to observe, and to experience and choose without judgment, right or wrong, good or bad, or the fear of being punished. Making conscious choice gives you the opportunity to make mistakes and then correct the situation without blame or guilt.

Have you been wondering why we experience same situations throughout all our lives?

Have you been in a bad relationship hoping that next one will be different, but instead the worst part repeats itself.

May be you had one job where you did not get along with your boss, changed the jobs just to find out that the next boss is just like the previous one. Or maybe every company you worked for went bankrupt.

The problem is our subconscious mind that acts like a computer, whatever program was put in there will repeat itself until it is realized and changed by our conscious mind. Our subconscious mind does not understand words like no or not. So if you say “Please do not let me experience this situation again.” Your subconscious will ignore word “not” and you will be faced with the same problem over and over again, may be just in a different size, shape or form. According to Laws of Attraction dwelling on your past creates a time loop that repeats the experiences of the past into the future.

By living consciously every moment is the only way we can change the loop. That means being aware of your thoughts, intentions and emotions. Our thoughts are electrical and the emotions are magnetic put two and two together and you attract what you ask for.

On the top of that our subconscious is programmed to react, as it is used to react to familiar situations. It was programmed by your life experiences, your parents, school and so on. Realizing your reaction patterns and correcting them consciously invites a wider range of possibilities allowing for well being and happiness. The past simply becomes a neutral experience, or just a historic event for reference. Yesterday’s pain has no bearing on tomorrow. The information, knowledge and wisdom gained from the past assist us in making better decisions about our current and future well-being.
