There is a direct correlation between our breath and the way we live. If your breath is deep, full relax flowing and connected our life will be the same: deep, full, relaxed, flowing and connected. On the opposite if the breath is shallow, partial, tense, constricted and disconnected-jerky; our life will be the same.
Over 80% of people breathe with only 30% capacity, no wonder we struggle thru life, we are barely alive. Even thought the constricted breathing is considered “normal” it is not natural – it is conditioned. This type of breath is caused by suppressing our feelings from early childhood. For example: You as a child start to cry for whatever reason and there come s your parents, teachers, other saying: “Stop that crying, behave like a man! Or: Stop it, people are looking at you!” and what do you do? You struggle to suppress your cry by suppressing your breath.
And yet it’s simple to change that because our body knows how to breathe.
