Acknowledging your negative thought patterns and changing them into positive is the most challenging but rewarding thing you can do for your health. But be careful how you do it because, our subconscious mind does not recognize little word as no and not, so if you say:”I am not angry”, our subconscious reacts to:”I am Angry”, so your mussels tighten, blood is rushing to your face and the hart is pumping fast causing your blood pressure to rise.
Here are some of my examples of turning negative thoughts into positive, but you are welcome to come up with your own.
Depress, Depression – I am in a deep rest.
Discomfort – not comfortable
Painful – not pleasant
Anger – Excitement and Passion
Fear – Appreciation and Gratitude for Life
Hurt – Feeling not so sunny
Frustration – Feeling mixed up, Determination
Conscious choice invites a wider range of possibilities, allowing for well-being.
When you are meditating on words such as: Happy, Certainty, Presence, Capable, Gracious and Grateful with feelings and emotions you bring those experiences into your life.
